In the past years, I've hosted and moderated 50+ events across various industries and countries. From startup events to business conferences, from panel discussions with city representatives to research seminars, from student fairs to pitching contests etc.

Things I focus on when leading the discussion on stage as a host and moderator:

  • making the audience feel relaxed and engaged;

  • making speakers feel special and welcomed;

  • circling back to the core message of the event;

  • keeping track on time and the structure of the event;

  • following the vibe organizers set for the event;

  • always adding ice-breakers and humor to the mix!
